Die S\u00fc\u00dfe erinnert an Creme Brul\u00e9e mit einem Hauch von Beerenkompott und Blutorange. Hinzu kommen nussige Aromen. Mit sehr dezenter Leder-Note zeigt sich das reife Fass. Dieser reifen Note steht ein jugendlicher Grain gegen\u00fcber und l\u00e4sst an Zitronengras oder Ingwer denken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Geschmack \/ Abgang:<\/strong> Im Geschmack dominieren fruchtige Buttercreme, Nuss und dunkler Honig. Dazu der typische &#8222;Cerealien-Geschmack&#8220;, getragen von reifem Holz. Sehr sch\u00f6n ausbalanciert zwischen der fruchtigen S\u00fc\u00dfe und maritimem Islay Torf mit Rauch, Seetang und leichtem Jod.
